Rianne Kokhuis

I have been an Educational Logistics Consultant at Senz Interim since January 2019. Before that, I worked as a personnel planner in the financial services sector for many years. Over the past two years, I have familiarised myself with educational logistics in the most enthusiastic and inspiring way and I have been able to work on multiple different projects. From scheduler in the operational field to improving processes on a strategic and tactical level. Recently, I also had the opportunity to work on a fantastic project as Test Logistics Project Manager, where I was also able to master the world of crowd management.

I derive energy from issues whose result can be attained by combining knowledge. I believe that everyone has their own expertise and we need to use it. I am positive, open and direct, people-oriented and seek out cooperation. I never lose sight of the ultimate goal. I am critical where need be, including of myself.

My colleagues at Senz Interim and I are a team of professionals who work in various roles within the educational logistics process. As a client, you not only have the benefit of my knowledge but that of my colleagues as well.
