Begin 2021 ben ik gestart bij YourPlannerz als Consultant planning & roostering i.o. Daar heb ik in twee jaar veel ervaring opgedaan op het gebied van onderwijslogistiek, plannen en roosteren. Na deze twee jaar ben ik doorgegroeid naar Senz Interim als Consultant Onderwijslogistiek. Binnen Senz Interim heb ik de mogelijkheid om mijn opgedane kennis toe te passen en mezelf verder te blijven verdiepen. Dit doe ik naast mijn werk ook door middel van het volgen van de Master Managementwetenschappen aan de Open Universiteit. Ik vind het erg leuk om de diverse theorieën toe te passen in de verschillende opdrachten binnen het werk. 
In mijn werk heb ik al diverse opdrachten mogen vervullen van operationele rollen tot adviserende rollen. Zelf merk ik dat ik veel energie krijg van nieuwe uitdagingen en samen komen tot een betere inrichting van een proces. Ik ben iemand die leergierig, analytisch, flexibel en kritisch is. Deze eigenschappen komen goed van pas bij mijn rol als consultant.

Mijn naam is Fabian Ellenberger en ik kom uit Duitsland en Ecuador. Ik heb een bachelor in psychologie en ben in het onderwijs terecht gekomen via mijn master in onderwijswetenschappen en -technologieën. Via mijn master bij de Universiteit Twente heb ik bij veel verschillende bedrijven opdrachten uit mogen voeren. Uiteindelijk heb ik tijdens mijn afstudeeropdracht bij Senz Interim een succesvol onderzoek uitgevoerd naar de interne kennisdeling.. Door mijn kennis en ervaring ben ik goed op de hoogte van de nieuwste vormen van pedagogiek, personeelsontwikkeling en technologieën in de onderwijssector.
Nadat ik mijn onderzoeksopdracht had afgerond heb ik de mogelijkheid gekregen om als consultant aan de slag te gaan bij Senz Interim. 
Omdat ik Duits en Spaans als moedertaal heb en zowel Engels als Nederlands op A2-niveau beheers, heb ik een brede spreekvaardigheid. Door mijn achtergrond in de psychologie kan ik ook de verschillende culturen, benaderingen en verbindingen in het onderwijs begrijpen en goed communiceren met verschillende internationale partners.
Ik ben kritisch en bij elke stap denk ik na of alle opties zijn overwogen en of alle stakeholders zijn betrokken bij het proces. Ik ben nieuwsgierig en analytisch, wat leidt tot een positief zichtbaar resultaat voor het project en de opdrachtgever. Hierbij verlies ik de lange termijn visie niet uit het oog.
Ik laat mij leiden door nieuwe ontwikkelingen, wetenschappelijke literatuur en ervaringen bij onderwijsinstellingen. Nieuwe uitdagingen prikkelen en motiveren mij om me te blijven ontwikkelen en ik ben altijd gefascineerd door de nieuwe benaderingen in de onderwijssector.

I have been an Educational Logistics Consultant at Senz Interim since January 2019. Before that, I worked as a personnel planner in the financial services sector for many years. Over the past two years, I have familiarised myself with educational logistics in the most enthusiastic and inspiring way and I have been able to work on multiple different projects. From scheduler in the operational field to improving processes on a strategic and tactical level. Recently, I also had the opportunity to work on a fantastic project as Test Logistics Project Manager, where I was also able to master the world of crowd management.
I derive energy from issues whose result can be attained by combining knowledge. I believe that everyone has their own expertise and we need to use it. I am positive, open and direct, people-oriented and seek out cooperation. I never lose sight of the ultimate goal. I am critical where need be, including of myself.
My colleagues at Senz Interim and I are a team of professionals who work in various roles within the educational logistics process. As a client, you not only have the benefit of my knowledge but that of my colleagues as well.

I have been working in higher education in the Netherlands for the whole of my career. I started as an educational advisor at a faculty at TU Delft and increasingly focused on processes that support education. This started with the study follow-up process but ultimately extended my focus to the MBO. I then got to sink my teeth into the entire enrolment process by becoming involved in the development of Studielink from the very outset. What then drew my attention was the enrolment process for international students, and I worked with the institution to develop and implement a new system.
In more recent years, I have begun to involve myself more and more in planning and scheduling. It’s a very interesting area that involves lots of information and people. I am also interested in business and management information. It’s extremely exciting to convert information from systems into facts that can be used to steer an organisation towards better processes and an improved end product.
My strength is mostly in analysis and working through problems and processes. Problems are usually more complex than people think, but often require fairly simple solutions. In some cases, those solutions are obvious, but there is often more to them than meets the eye. I like to use my creativity to work with clients to find the right solutions, and then assist them in implementing them.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, I am fully capable of understanding the world of education and its culture. I have worked in a number of different roles, from teacher to planner, scheduler, educational designer and school head, and have had the opportunity to familiarise myself with all aspects of education and educational logistics.
At Senz Interim, I turn this knowledge into advice, guidance and support for educational institutions, without ever losing sight of the primary goal of education. I am people-oriented and seek collaboration, but never lose focus and am always looking for potential to optimise processes. I am analytical, constructively critical and solution-focused. I am and remain calm and transfer this calm to the people I work with and around.

My name is Jeroen Overmars and I joined Senz Interim as a Business Intelligence Consultant on 1 April.
I have spent almost my entire career in field service. I worked for around sixteen years implementing software systems for route planning and optimisation in the roles of (lead) consultant, product manager and project manager. This gave me proficiency in the use of a wide range of IT technologies, including SQL, web services, links between systems, Business Intelligence (using Reporting Services, PowerBI and Crystal Reports, among others) and configuring and managing Azure environments.
For me, the greatest challenge is in ensuring that IT adds the right value to the business, and that means that I enjoy listening to stakeholders. I enjoying leading workshops in which I gather the information together with the client and look for solutions, and then turn this information into appropriate solutions.
My educational background is in chemistry, IT and philosophy. More specifically, laboratory IT and automation (Saxion, Deventer), the philosophy of science, technology and society (UT, Enschede) and business process management and IT (Open University). I completed the first two courses but, as my family was growing, I decided to pause the final course at graduation.
This is also the bridge to my private life. I live in Enschede, somewhere I love, with my wife Nienke and three children. I enjoy reading, don’t do anywhere near enough sport (though the runs I take with the children are thankfully getting longer) and love cooking and music.
At Senz Interim, I have the opportunity to specialise more deeply in the multi-faceted world of Business Intelligence. The education market is new to me, and I am confident that my new colleagues will be able to support me in getting to grips with all the ins and outs of the industry. If I’m called upon to so, I’ll be happy to solve other IT issues either at Senz Interim or for clients.
