With more than 20 years of experience in education, I am fully capable of understanding the world of education and its culture. I have worked in a number of different roles, from teacher to planner, scheduler, educational designer and school head, and have had the opportunity to familiarise myself with all aspects of education and educational logistics.

At Senz Interim, I turn this knowledge into advice, guidance and support for educational institutions, without ever losing sight of the primary goal of education. I am people-oriented and seek collaboration, but never lose focus and am always looking for potential to optimise processes. I am analytical, constructively critical and solution-focused. I am and remain calm and transfer this calm to the people I work with and around.
