Rianne Kokhuis

For quite some time now, I have fulfilled the role of Consultant Educational Logistics at Senz Interim, where I am responsible for the successful execution of various assignments. Before joining Senz Interim, I gained years of experience as a personnel planner in the financial services industry.

In recent years I have worked with great enthusiasm and inspiration on various challenging projects within the educational logistics process. I have not only worked as a roster maker and planner in the operational field, but also improved processes on a strategic and tactical level. I have also had the opportunity to fulfill several roles as project leader, with my collaborative leadership style leading to successful projects.

I get energy from issues where bringing each other’s knowledge together leads to the desired result. Seeing the dot on the horizon come ever closer is my goal.

As a person I am positive, thoughtful, open and direct, and I strive for cooperation. I never lose sight of the ultimate goal and I am critical where necessary, also towards myself. Together with my colleagues at Senz Interim, we form a team of professionals working in different roles within the educational logistics process. As a client, you receive not only my expertise, but also that of my colleagues, when needed.
