In 2021, my involvement in education was reinvigorated when I was given the opportunity to join YourPlannerz as a Planning and Scheduling Consultant. As the name suggests, here I gained a lot of experience on the operational side of education logistics.

As an educational planner, scheduler, application expert and functional administrator, I fulfilled assignments within a fairly standardized process, where in practice, varying from educational institution to educational institution, uniformity and deadlines seemed less set in stone. Where this created confusion for some, for me it created insight, clarity and opportunity. With this optimism, in my assignments I try to think along in process improvement and realize efficiency and optimization. Because there is always room for improvement, said the perfectionist.

This encouraged me in 2024 to make the switch to Senz Interim, where I am also active on a tactical-strategic level. My passion lies in functional management, where I act as the linchpin in the educational logistics web: in addition to my operational involvement in the educational logistics process, I deal with long-term issues, such as developments in the educational field, IT optimization and its alignment with education.

With my creative but critical eye, I try to answer educational logistics issues, on the one hand as a functional manager focused on IT, on the other hand as a consultant focused on people. I am motivated by new and unique challenges in which I can continue to develop myself as a consultant – I look forward to taking on that educational logistics challenge together with you.
