A new employee who could use some support in using your scheduling application, a team with a lot of growth potential, or a reorganization where current team members need to be repositioned, we offer coaching on many fronts and always tailored to the needs of you as an educational institution.

Leadership Development
Organizations change, people change, and leadership styles change with them. Have you noticed that the leadership style applied within the organization no longer matches the needs of colleagues, is someone growing within the organization or has new talent been brought in where leadership competencies still need to be developed? We offer a solution for all of these issues that fully meets the needs of the organization.
(Team) assessments
In every team there are colleagues who do not fully utilize talents. How do you find out what those underexposed competencies are and where insufficient attention is currently being paid? What is the development potential of these colleagues or of the team as a collective? An assessment is ideally suited for this. Both for new members of your team and for seasoned colleagues in educational logistics.
Change Guidance
When an educational institution is on the eve of a major change, such as a reorganization, new software or major process changes, the success of this change depends on the people involved. We support the creation of support among all stakeholders and assist in the complete preparation, implementation and evaluation of the change that is about to take place.
1-on-1 coaching
Besides coaching on the job, where the focus is mainly on the use of the software, we also offer programs where the primary focus is on strengthening personal competencies. We use a Personal Development Plan (POP) and offer support in the successful completion of this plan.
Talent Analysis
This analysis is designed to examine per employee where his/her talents lie, how they score on various competencies and to look at the construction of the team as a whole via a group role test.
Coaching on the job
Our experts can support, train and coach on the use of various scheduling and planning applications, such as Xedule, TimeEdit, Syllabus+, Untis, TermTime, EventMap and Zermelo.
Team coaching
We have several areas of expertise that can support the growth of a team. When there is a need for this, we first do an extensive analysis of the learning goals the team has. Based on these goals, the intended course of action is designed and discussed, after which we support the entire team in achieving the goals that have been set. These goals will always focus on a combination of process and personal development.
Training offer
Senz Interim regularly organizes workshops and events where employees from various educational institutions come together to exchange knowledge and brainstorm about current topics in the field of educational logistics.
