Gerben Vaanholt

With over 25 years of experience in education, I am well versed in the world and culture of education. Through my work in various roles, from teacher, planner, scheduler, educational designer to school leader, I have had the opportunity to experience all aspects of education and educational logistics at least once.

I like to use the knowledge and experience I have accumulated to help and support educational institutions. This can be by providing operational support, but also by providing training and coaching or analyzing existing processes. The pupil/student is central for me and, together with the existing organization, I always look for the best possibilities for that educational institution.

I am people-oriented and seek collaboration, but keep an overview and am always looking for points to optimize the process. I am analytical, constructively critical and solution-oriented. I am and remain calm and radiate this calmness to the colleagues I work with.
